Putting Parents in Charge of Their Child's Education
Jess Enos
Jess Enos, a Southern California native and mother of three, became an advocate for educational reform following her husband’s medical retirement from the U.S. Air Force in 2019. Confronted with the shortcomings of the public education system, she made the decision to homeschool her children. That experience ignited a deep passion for parental rights and educational choice. In 2023, Jess joined AV Parents for Education and rose to lead the organization. Since then, she has been a tireless champion for the safety of children and the rights of parents. Grounded in her faith and driven by a strong sense of duty, Jess is committed to making a difference—fighting to get the Children’s Educational Opportunity (CEO) Act on the 2026 ballot and helping elect leaders who share her vision for meaningful change at the local and state level.
