April Fangio is President of Diversity Voter PAC and Founder & CEO of Admin Activists LLC. She drives high-impact political compliance, precise bookkeeping, bold branding, and dynamic volunteer recruitment and community organizing. Her energizing style transforms civic engagement into something simple, rewarding, and downright fun. A powerhouse in leadership and results, April spent nine years as a Mary Kay Sales Director, rocketing her team to the elite $300,000 Circle of Achievement and earning the use of four coveted Mary Kay career cars. As a wife and mother of three, she champions parents’ right to shape their children’s education and instill lasting family values—free from government overreach and toxic environments.

As a homeschooling mother, Joelle understands the importance of quality education and advocates for it. She serves as a College Board Trustee for Monticello College, advancing educational opportunities.

Mike Netter is a versatile achiever with notable accomplishments. As Vice Chair of Rebuild California, he plays a vital role in restoring and rejuvenating the state based on conservative principles. Hosting a radio show on KABC Radio and the Rebuild California Townhall Vodcast, Mike fosters discussions on critical issues with engaged listeners.
