Providing opportunities and turning dreams into realities is at the core of the Children's Educational Opportunity Act. Children are the future, and they deserve nothing but the best!

Unused ESA funds carry over annually and earn interest. After 12th grade, unused ESA funds can be applied to accredited trade technical schools, community colleges, universities, and postgraduate education for the rest of the students life.
